As a Landscape Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Some of your responsibilities will include:Ordering supplies and managing inventorySetting project plans and timelines for successful executionLiaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsConducting morning huddles to align the team on daily tasksLeading and managing a team of 5, including 3 landscapers and 2 apprenticesDiscussing plans with the owner, landscaping architects, subcontractors, and homeownersAbout You

The successful candidate will have:A Certificate III in Construction LandscapingA minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape constructionA proactive, organised approach with the ability to take initiativeA forward-thinking mindset that contributes positively to team dynamicsStrong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamYou will also have:Experience in liaising with various stakeholders including clients and suppliersA manual driver's licence and a Class C driver's licence (for operating bobcats and excavators)What's in it for You?
