They also offer a diverse range of landscaping services including domestic, commercial, poolscapes and more.About the RoleThis role is Full-time and based out of our client's Pakenham office; however, you will work all over Melbourne. Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Landscape Operations Leader. You will have significant landscaping experience, be capable of quoting works, reading plans, liaising with subcontractors and be the primary point of contact for our client's key customers. You will be experienced in managing multiple jobs simultaneously and allocating work to our clients' experienced and apprentice staff. This is not a 9-5 role and there will be some time on the tools when things are busy.Key Responsibilities for the Role - but not limited to:Preparing quotes and estimations for landscaping worksCreating further opportunities within builders and light commercial marketMeasuring of home sites for landscaping requirementsAssess home sites for variations and report these variations to the Operations Manager and assist in works schedulingSupervises and install products and servicesEnsure all machinery is operated and maintained with due care.Skills & ExperienceHorticultural QualificationExcellent knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and all hard & soft landscaping worksInstallation of Turf and/or lawn varietiesAbility to demonstrate professional horticultural techniques in accordance with approved plansSupervisory ExperienceUnderstanding the importance of maintaining accurate recordsManual driving licenceCultureOur clients' employees are their most valued asset.
