They also offer a diverse range of landscaping services including domestic, commercial, poolscapes, and more.
About the Role
This role is Full-time and based out of our client's Pakenham office; however, you will work all over Melbourne. Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Landscape Operations Leader. You will have significant landscaping experience, be capable of quoting works, reading plans, liaising with subcontractors, and being the primary point of contact for our client's key customers. You will be experienced in managing multiple jobs simultaneously and allocating work to our client's experienced and apprentice staff. This is not a 9-5 role, and there will be some time on the tools when things are busy.
Key Responsibilities for the Role - But Not Limited To:
Preparing quotes and estimations for landscaping works
Creating further opportunities within builders and the light commercial market
Measuring home sites for landscaping requirements
Assessing home sites for variations and reporting these variations to the Operations Manager and assisting in works scheduling
Supervising and installing products and services
Ensuring all machinery is operated and maintained with due care
Skills & Experience
Horticultural Qualification
Excellent knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and all hard & soft landscaping works
Installation of Turf and/or lawn varieties
Ability to demonstrate professional horticultural techniques in accordance with approved plans
Supervisory Experience
Understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records
Manual driving licence
