So, what duties can you expect to do?
Management and maintenance of an award-winning high end horticulture site Working with some of the latest and greatest technology and machinery Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties by your team.
Some client engagement and representing Landscape Solutions on sites.
Ad hoc administrative duties - pre starts, reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc.
Mowing & Maintenance/Horticultural works Zero turn ride on operations and other machinery Machinery use and Hand tools - all usual tools of the trade Horticultural fine detail work - pruning, planting, mulching and management Chemical application - Backpack sprayer and specialised rigs What are we looking for?
Professional with our customers and your team Effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment Someone who can lead by example for others to follow What will you need?
Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or equivalent (Desirable) A Current Drivers' licence National Police Check or be willing to obtain at our expense Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
