This is a mobile role, requiring flexibility with travel around metro & regional VIC, and even into regional NSW.
This role combines expertise in landscape construction management, maintenance supervision, and team leadership to deliver high-quality landscape projects whilst maintaining existing sites to client's standards.
Your ImpactYour addition to our team will ensure our client's needs are met and the ongoing maintenance of our projects are kept to the absolute of highest standards.
Your Every DayProgram management across multiple projects in both metro Melbourne & regional VIC.Building and maintaining robust client relationships in the landscape sector.Managing HSEQ compliance and fostering a strong safety culture across our sites.Managing quality assurance across our landscape & maintenance projects.Ongoing support & training to our workforce - ensuring development is supported and achieved with our teams.Who Are You?Proven track record within commercial landscaping & civil construction, with:
Minimum of 7+ years within the commercial landscape space.Experience managing and delivering landscape projects in excess of $5mil.Cert III in Landscape Construction and/or Cert III in Horticulture.Relevant tickets & licenses needed to fulfil this mobile role.A Career with UsWamarra is an equal opportunity employer.
