Your Days Will Look Like: Leading the landscape maintenance division and managing a team of talented professionals. Overseeing a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential clients, ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard. Ensuring safety and quality protocols are met while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Managing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency. Building and maintaining client relationships, addressing their needs, and providing top-tier service. Working closely with the executive team to improve processes and grow the division. What You Bring to the Table: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in landscape maintenance. Certificate III in Horticulture (or higher). A proven track record of delivering large-scale landscape maintenance projects. Exceptional leadership and communication skills—you inspire your team to do their best work. Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, costs, and contracts. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and foster a positive, hardworking team culture.
