WEM has a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Labourer to join the team.
We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions. This role requires travel to job sites across these regions.
Key Responsibilities: Operate small plant and equipment and assist in the installation of hardscape structures (e.g., concrete pavements, retaining walls).Prepare and plant trees, shrubs, and hedges; determine seeding requirements for landscaping and subdivision projects.Install drainage pipes and fencing, and perform tree removal as required to maintain site integrity.Maintain site cleanliness, adhere to statutory requirements, and ensure safe storage and proper use of tools.Accurately log maintenance projects and complete timesheets to ensure timely site upkeep and payroll processing.Collaborate effectively with operators, tradespeople, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping division.We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: Relevant landscape maintenance experience will be highly regarded, or a keen interest in landscaping.A construction white card.A valid driver's licence.Commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices.A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.Remuneration: Wage aligned with your experience + allowances + regular overtime + upon successful completion of your probation you are offered a fuel card of $600 per month.
