Band 4 - Salary Range $70,018 to $74,233 per annum + 11% Super + ADO Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience. The Opportunity A new opportunity has risen for an experienced and self-motivated Landscape Inspector within the Construction and Landscape Supervision team. The position of the Landscape Inspector reports directly to the Coordinator Construction and Landscape Supervision.
The Landscape Inspector will play a significant role in the statutory function of landscape inspections and approvals for estate development related activities including but not limited to landscaping works within road reserves, active and passive open spaces and liner reserves.
Key Responsibilities Inspection and documentation of landscape and street tree planting works being constructed directly for Council or by contractors undertaking works for land Developers that will ultimately be vested in Council.Inspection and documentation of landscape works being constructed directly for Council or by contractors undertaking works within Council's Capital Works program.Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiencies in the task being undertaken.Support the handover of open space development from developer to Council.To view the Position Description, click here .
About you
