```html About the role Due to significant growth opportunities in the division, Jmac are in the market for a Landscape Estimator to price a range of diverse landscape projects in Melbourne, Victoria based in our Seaford Office. Estimating projects in:

Land development – (Landscape works for Residential and Industrial Sub-divisions). Maintenance and Public Infrastructure. Streetscapes and walkways. Commercial infrastructure.

Desired Skills and experience include:

1-4 years + experience in Construction industry Sound knowledge and experience with civil/landscape earthworks Experience in using expert estimation would be advantageous A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal First principle estimating experience. Development of subcontractor work packages and review.

Core Responsibilities

Build Expert Libraries for use in tendering Negotiate Pricing/Rates Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities within the tender Seek competitive contractor quotations Attend tender meetings Seek and engage new clients, contacts and suppliers
