About The Opportunity As a Landscape Construction Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ordering supplies and managing inventory Setting project plans and timelines for successful execution Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Conducting morning huddles to align the team on daily tasks Leading and managing a team of 5, including 3 landscapers and 2 apprentices Discussing plans with the owner, landscaping architects, subcontractors, and homeowners About You The successful candidate will have:
A Certificate III in Construction Landscaping A minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape construction A proactive, organised approach with the ability to take initiative A forward-thinking mindset that contributes positively to team dynamics Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team You will also have:
