Due to continued growth in our Queensland operations, we are seeking a Landscape Construction Area Manager to join our team. This position is based in the Currumbin and Brisbane area and is offered on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Supervise and lead construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Implement and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the construction process. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial objectives are met. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5 years experience in Landscape Construction Management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and best practices. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals. Effective communication skills with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
