You will be responsible for providing appropriate design solutions, documentation, and ensuring client requirements are achieved in a profitable and cost-efficient manner.As a Landscape Architect in our Townsville office, you will have exposure to the full scope of the landscape design process across various industry sectors across Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, and Victoria.
You will work with our award-winning team that has completed projects including:Queensland Country Bank (North Queensland) StadiumEngineering and Innovation Place - James Cook University Bebegu Yumba (Townsville) CampusElliot Springs Master-planned communityABOUT THE JOBAssist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction through the on-time delivery of a quality product.Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.Prepare plans and documents for projects using computer-based plans (e.g.
Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, and alike).Produce computer-based diagrams, renders, and imagery (e.g.
Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and alike).Assist the project lead in:Preparing cost estimatesResolving complex design problems (e.g., grading, construction detailing, etc.
