You will be responsible for providing appropriate design solutions and documentation, ensuring client requirements are achieved in a profitable and cost-efficient manner.As a Landscape Architect in our Townsville office, you will have exposure to the full scope of the landscape design process across various industry sectors in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, and Victoria.
You will work with our award-winning team that has completed projects including:Queensland Country Bank (North Queensland) StadiumEngineering and Innovation Place - James Cook University Bebegu Yumba (Townsville) CampusElliot Springs Master-planned communityABOUT THE JOBAssist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction through the on-time delivery of a quality product.Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.Prepare plans and documents for projects using Computer-based plans (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, and alike).Produce Computer-based diagrams, renders, and imagery (e.g., Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and alike).Assist the project lead in stakeholder management internally and externally with clients, government subcontractors, sub-consultants, and industry bodies.YOU WILL HAVETertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture (BBE) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) is preferred but not essential.Experience in landscape architecture design within a professional practice is advantageous.Demonstrated comprehension of AutoCAD required.Willingness to learn industry software packages such as Revit, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, and GIS tools.WHAT'S ON OFFERAlong with a competitive salary, RPS provides a diverse and inclusive work environment amongst an award-winning team of dedicated Landscape Design experts.This position offers a great opportunity for early career landscape architects to work within a small team and accelerate your career.
