Our award-winning team are looking to grow, and we are seeking a highly-organised and proficient Landscape Architect to be based at our Townsville office.
You will be responsible for providing appropriate design solutions, documentation, and ensuring client requirements are achieved in a profitable and cost-efficient manner.
As a Landscape Architect in our Townsville office, you will have exposure to the full scope of the landscape design process across various industry sectors across Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, and Victoria.

Queensland Country Bank (North Queensland) StadiumEngineering and Innovation Place - James Cook University Bebegu Yumba (Townsville) CampusElliot Springs Master-planned communityABOUT THE JOB Assist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction through the on-time delivery of a quality product.Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.Prepare plans and documents for projects using computer-based plans (e.g.
Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, and alike).Produce computer-based diagrams, renders, and imagery (e.g.
Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and alike).Assist the project lead in:Preparing cost estimatesResolving complex design problems (e.g., grading, construction detailing, etc.
)Stakeholder management internally and externally with clients, government subcontractors, sub-consultants, and industry bodies.YOU WILL HAVE Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture (BBE) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) is preferred but not essential;Experience in landscape architecture design within a professional practice is advantageous;Demonstrated comprehension of AutoCAD required;Willingness to learn industry software packages such as Revit, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, and GIS tools.If you have an existing portfolio, please upload it as part of your application using the additional docs option.
