You will be responsible for providing appropriate design solutions and documentation, ensuring client requirements are achieved in a profitable and cost-efficient manner.As a Landscape Architect, you will have exposure to the full scope of the landscape design process across various industry sectors with a strong focus on urban regeneration across Victoria, ACT, New South Wales, and Queensland, with the opportunity to travel.
You will work on exciting award-winning projects including:Newstead WaterfrontHarmony Town CentreABOUT THE JOBAssist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction through the on-time delivery of a quality product.Prepare plans and documents for projects, including:- Computer-based plans (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign)- Hand-drawn sketch plans- Written reports and specificationsMonitor project progress, identifying potential issues and proactively assisting client managers in finding solutions.Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.Assist client manager where required to ensure monthly invoices are completed on time and WIP is invoiced regularly.Stakeholder management internally and externally with clients, government subcontractors, sub-consultants, and industry bodies.YOU WILL HAVETertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture (BBE) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) is preferred but not essential;Around 2 years previous experience in landscape architecture design within a professional practice;Some experience using Revit;Experience using relevant computer packages, i.e., AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop required;Comprehension of other computer packages such as Sketch-up, Lumion is advantageous.WHAT'S ON OFFERAlong with a competitive salary, RPS provides a diverse and inclusive work environment amongst an award-winning team of dedicated Landscape Design experts.
