About the role Lynx Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team on the Gold Coast. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative landscape solutions for our clients. We are after somebody who is family orientated and who wants to be around a great, highly professional culture. This is a niche role, where you will be apart of the company, being paid for nurturing each lead and producing each design. This allows you loads of expansion and opportunity within the business.
What you'll be doing Develop conceptual landscape designs and detailed construction plansCollaborate with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality landscape projectsConduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisionsPrepare quantities, specifications, and other project documentationObtain necessary permits and approvals for landscape projectsMonitor project progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specificationsProvide expert advice and support to the wider design and construction team
What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related fieldMinimum 1 years of experience as a Landscape Architect, preferably in the Gold Coast/South-East Queensland regionExcellent design and technical skills, with a strong portfolio of completed projectsProficient in using a design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of landscape construction methods, plant selection, and maintenanceExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the project teamAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
