To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.
About You You are a highly driven and experienced Project Architect with a strong background in architectural design and management. With a proven track record in leading the design process across residential developments, you ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Managing the delivery of Class 2 residential developments across multiple stages, from concept design to contract administration. Preparing detailed Construction Certificate (CC) documentation. Conducting quality checks at each stage, applying your expertise in construction detailing. Regularly reviewing design work to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Bringing forward-thinking design solutions with a focus on construction documentation and project execution. Demonstrating deep practical knowledge of the Australian design market, including local codes and regulations. Leading large-scale, multi-project teams, with support from the sector lead and an established team, in a senior architectural leadership role reporting to the executive team. Proficient in Revit as your primary design tool. Essential Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 10+ years post-graduate experience within Architecture including a minimum of 8+ years local experience is essential. Must be currently leading your own projects. Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture. Strong Revit experience is essential for this role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with consultants. Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of projects, working across all phases of a project. Thorough understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and experience working from concept to delivery phases. Strong leadership skills, able to resolve complex issues with the support of directors and associates. Full working visa or residency status and current local experience is essential for this role.
