We are currently looking for multiple Landholder Relations Advisors to join us and contribute to the CopperString project in North Queensland.
As a Landholder Relations Advisor, your role will be providing targeted, best-practice engagement support to land access matters. Your expertise and consideration of all landholders will support Powerlink's social licence to operate and your ability to influence critical land access issues will help to ensure limited disruptions to our project activities.
What this looks like on a daily basis; Developing and maintaining local awareness and knowledge on emerging landholder issues to inform business activitiesEngaging with landholders to collect land related input for corridor planning, environmental and land related approvals, construction and maintenance processesContributing to and managing planning and scheduling activities for property access needsCollaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, Environmental Advisors, Cultural Heritage Officers, Communications Specialists and other industry professionalsWorking in construction teams to deliver new infrastructure on privately owned landManaging Powerlink's construction contractors to meet business and landholder commitments and expectationsYour expertise Strong ability to liaise and negotiate with landholders and stakeholders, effectively influencing to achieve balanced outcomesBackground in land management, development industries, or field infrastructure construction is highly advantageousExperience working in remote or rural areas, with a solid understanding of rural land practiceProficient in creating and implementing communication, community relations, and engagement strategies for landholdersHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the emotional intelligence to build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholdersBe the start of every possibility To kick start your career at Powerlink, apply by clicking the button above, attaching your resume and cover letter on our careers page before midnight on September 29th 2024.
