Landfill Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to take on the day-to-day responsibilities for the West Belconnen Landfill Capping and Development Project. Responsibilities: Lead the West Belconnen Landfill Capping and Development Project. Manage other Ginninderry JV projects at the discretion of the Development Director Urban Ventures. Provide strategic advice on KPI delivery and performance improvement opportunities. Participate in stakeholder meetings and public engagements Attributes and Skills Required: Demonstrated high-level experience in complex landfill remediation and development projects. Experience in working with a Joint Venture or similar project environment. Ability to strategically deliver complex land development projects, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing work. Strong understanding of government, commercial, financial, legal, technical, social, and environmental drivers. High-level experience in evaluating project performance, making informed decisions, and influencing outcomes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at a senior level. Further information upon request.
