Landfill Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months contract with possibility of extension Rate: $180 - $220 / Hour + Super Location: Canberra - Onsite Duration: 12 Months contract with possibility of extension Rate: $180 - $220 / Hour + Super This role requires high-level experience in complex landfill remediation and development projects, as well as expertise in working with Joint Ventures or similar project environments. You'll provide strategic advice and support to a range of stakeholders, including the Development Director, SLA Board, and key government and non-government stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead 2 Landfill Capping and Development Project. Manage other projects at the discretion of the Development Director Ventures. Provide strategic advice on KPI delivery and performance improvement opportunities. Development of Business Cases and Cabinet submissions related to the joint venture project. Participate in stakeholder meetings and public engagements Attributes and Skills Required: High-level experience in landfill remediation and development projects. Experience in development of business cases and working with a Joint Venture or similar project environment. Ability to strategically deliver complex land development projects, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing work. Strong understanding of government, commercial, financial, legal, technical, social, and environmental drivers. High-level experience in evaluating project performance, making informed decisions, and influencing outcomes.
