Privately owned, they are a leading player in saw milling, timber manufacturing, land and property and commercial development, home construction and retirement industries with operations across Australia.
About the role Our client is currently seeking a full time Land Sales Executive.
As a Land Sales Executive you will oversee the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to unconditional contract.
This role will be reporting to the General Manager.
Key criteria requirements Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes in a professional manner at all timesCollaborate with other members of the development team to deliver complete and correct documentationSupport customers through the sales cycle from initial enquiry, accurately assessing their needs through to contract signing, settlement and covenant approval.Sales and Lead reportingManage estate presentation and assist with website updates and social media postsManaging Covenant applications and approvalsConducting competitor analysis and product positioningAbout you Possess a strong understanding of the house building process and property contractsAbility to read construction plansActively manage builder relationshipsProactive approach in developing a wide network of potential customers.Build rapport easily with people from different backgrounds acting as an ambassador for our clients estates and company.Be a result driven team player with strong written and spoken communication skills.Punctual, proactive, self-motivated and able to stick to deadlines.Culture A positive and supportive team and a role that offers independence and long-term growth opportunities.
