About the role
Our client is currently seeking a full-time Land Sales Executive.
As a Land Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to unconditional contract.
This role will be reporting to the General Manager.
Key criteria requirements
Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes in a professional manner at all times.
Collaborate with other members of the development team to deliver complete and correct documentation.
Support customers through the sales cycle from initial enquiry, accurately assessing their needs through to contract signing, settlement and covenant approval.
Sales and Lead reporting.
Manage estate presentation and assist with website updates and social media posts.
Managing Covenant applications and approvals.
Conducting competitor analysis and product positioning.
About you
Possess a strong understanding of the house building process and property contracts.
Ability to read construction plans.
Actively manage builder relationships.
Proactive approach in developing a wide network of potential customers.
Build rapport easily with people from different backgrounds acting as an ambassador for our clients' estates and company.
Be a result-driven team player with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Punctual, proactive, self-motivated and able to stick to deadlines.
