As such, we are looking for a highly professional and experienced Land Sales Consultant to work with us on this project.
Airlie Beach in its own right, is a prestigious tourism destination and Airlie Summit is one of the last development sites in Airlie Beach with some of the most stunning views in the region.

About the role Peter Cameron Marketing and Sales is seeking an energetic, sales professional with highly developed interpersonal skills to join our Airlie Beach project. Working in stunning Airlie Beach, you will be responsible for managing all sales enquiries and converting these enquiries to sales. The successful candidate will provide exemplary customer service, follow up on all leads, manage the CRM, and provide weekly and monthly reports to management. You will manage relationships with builders, accurately complete and process all sales contracts, conditions and deposits, attend weekly sales meetings and ultimately meet all sales and settlement targets.
About You - Skills and Experience This exciting opportunity will ideally suit an experienced and qualified Sales Consultant with a strong background in land sales. Experience and knowledge of the Whitsunday Region will put you at an advantage; however, we are also open to candidates who are looking to relocate to the beautiful Whitsundays!
5+ years of land or residential home sales experience within the property industry, such as developer, builder or Land Marketing. Experience in house and land packages would be helpful. You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required. A customer focus is what drives you, with experience building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. You will need to have your own reliable transport and full driver's license. Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous. Hold a current Queensland Real Estate licence or Salesperson licence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
