We have a high-performance culture that embraces diversity and rewards quality work. To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Land Liaison Officer to join our team. The Role: Reporting to the Land Access Manager North and South , the purpose of the role is to engage with landholders to build and maintain relationships and negotiate land access agreements to secure compliant access to private land, such as to allow the company to construct and operate its infrastructure in line with business objectives and foster a working relationship between the company and Landholder. In addition, you will:   Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment. Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders. Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued. Inform, support and engage with landholders and internal stakeholders to facilitate land access project requirements in line with prescribed timeframes. Use the Access and Approvals software package to ensure compliant entry to land capturing all landholder interactions as per the agreed standard; articulate landholder requirements for specific projects. Be familiar with the statutory requirements and the preparation of relevant documentation including GIS maps and records. Conduct land holder engagements and negotiations with respect and in good faith in line with agreed negotiation strategies in consultation with Deal Leads to ensure agreements are obtained in line with the project execution schedule. Manage, maintain and coordinate ongoing landholder relationships and stakeholder notifications, facilitating compliant access to land and managing grievances effectively and in a timely manner. Support, plan and contribute to Land Access delivery requirements by attending schedule meeting, access and approval meetings, escalating delays, risks and opportunities to meet project deliverables.   About You You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.  To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:   University Degree or professional Qualification in a relevant field  Proven personal success in a multidisciplinary team. Coal Seam Gas Industry experience. Knowledge of agricultural systems and valuation principles.   If you're excited about this role however don't meet all the criteria, we would still love to hear from you anyway.
