Land Development Support Customer Service Consultant For purpose organisation with award-winning culture - 86% employee engagement Hybrid working environment The Role Reporting into the Land Development Support Team Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that provides servicing advice to customers who are developing, building, or completing works on their land.

You'll be working in our Development Services Group, a fast paced, dynamic and rewarding environment, where we work together to help resolve customer enquiries that achieve greater customer and community connection and value. We do this through providing exemplary customer service through tailored interactions to individual customer needs.
Key Responsibilities Key areas of responsibility include:
Responding to phone/email enquiries from developers, plumbers, property owners and other customers Providing general advice on land development, plumbing requirements, pricing and subdivision matters Supporting customers so they understand the requirements for their development Working with internal departments to resolve enquiries Assessing applications for small residential developments Uploading property plans, processing payments and other administration tasks relating to land development About you We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, as well as having a continuous improvement and collaborative mindset.If you have the following capabilities, get in touch:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain information clearly and simply Ability to learn and apply technical information quickly The ability to work independently and in a supportive team environment The ability to navigate and utilise multiple systems (incl MS Office Tools) Knowledge of land development is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided More details on responsibilities and core capabilities can be found in the linked position description.
