Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia; Ashton Woods sells new homes in Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Dallas, Houston, Myrtle Beach, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Antonio, and Tampa.Position Summary:The Orlando Division of Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes is in search of a Land Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Land Acquisition, Entitlement and Development departments.Responsibilities:Setup, maintain and close physical and electronic project files.Review, code, process and track check requests, and electronic payments associated with land entitlements and development.Consultant vendor setup and insurance compliance.Ensure that project files for each community are updated and complete.Generate and update land vendor and project trackers.Circulate critical date calendar invites to team members.Assist in the land development bidding and contracting process, including the assembly and distribution of bid packages. Prepare bid award and decline notices.Administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents.Act as a liaison between the land department and other departments throughout the organization and process the distribution of materials needed by other departments.Prepare letters, memorandums, transmittals, and emails.Arrange for courier, express mail, printing, and reproduction services.Assist HOA manager with organization and updating of HOA and CDD documents.General support and administrative tasks for Land Team.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.At least 3 years of experience in land, development and/or accounting administration preferred.Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and ability to learn new programs.
