$100,000 - $110,000 p.a. + super & salary packaging.
We offer: Salary range between $100,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on skills/experience, + superannuation.Salary packaging (up to $15,899 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit of $2,650 a year). 5 weeks annual leave per year +17.5% Leave LoadingChristmas shut down period credited as additional leave.7 weeks LSL vested after 7 years of service.10 days Noongar Cultural Leave per annumEmployee Assistance Program. The role This is an exciting opportunity to join Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation (BAC), delivering land outcomes under the Ballardong ILUA that provide economic, social, cultural and environmental benefits for the Ballardong community. You will work closely with various stakeholders to assess and on-board Noongar Land Estate lands within the Ballardong Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) area and progress land development and land management related projects.
Location  Based in Northam or Perth with flexible work arrangements including the ability to WFH. There will be frequent travel required across the Ballardong region to meet with members and stakeholders, and to support board and committee meetings.
Hours Full-time – permanent.
About us Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation represents the Traditional Owners of the Ballardong region of the southwest of Western Australia. We work to manage native title benefits, while also advancing and strengthening Noongar culture, language, heritage, and society. 
Ballardong refers to the Noongar language or dialectal group north-east of Perth, covering an area of approximately 63,000 sq km.
You will:  Report to the Lands and Heritage Manager and use your research and analytical skills to provide the BAC Board of Directors (Board), BAC Cultural Advice Committee (CAC), BAC Executive and Ballardong community members with land-related advice.
The Lands Coordinator is responsible for progressing land development and land management related projects in accordance with the Board's direction. The successful candidate will possess sound project management skills and work collaboratively within a team as well as autonomously.
The Lands Coordinator provides assistance and guidance to the team ensuring processes relating to the administration of the Noongar Land Estate is carried out in accordance with the Ballardong ILUA, legislative requirements and within approved parameters set by the Board 
Selection Criteria Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate, communicate, and liaise with Aboriginal people, the community, and internal and external stakeholders.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet changing and multiple deadlines in a team environment.The ability to independently identify problems and issues, undertake research, interpret legislation, analyse reports, provide innovative solutions, and prepare clear, concise documentation with recommendations.Experience in undertaking and assisting in the management and delivery of multifaceted projects, including the management and administration of land and property to facilitate projects and other initiatives.Current WA Drivers Licence (C Class minimum) which must remain valid for the duration of employment.Experience in using GIS mapping systems/applications and Microsoft Office computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Tertiary qualification in a land-related field such as town planning, land development, conservation or land management or equivalent experience.An understanding of Western Australian land tenure.Section 51 Under section 51 of the Equal Employment Opportunity ACT 1984, Ballardong Aboriginal Corporation seeks to increase diversity of our workforce to better meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders, and to improve employment opportunities and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
