PERSOLKELLY have partnered with government client seeking a Land Assembly Speicalist to join thier team on a permanent basis.
As the Land Assembly Specialist you will undertake assessment, strategy, due diligence, and acquisition processes to acquire land to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
About the role: Engage in project initiation activities to comprehend the project scope, schedule, and budget concerning land acquisition requirements. Perform land options assessments, due diligence, and thorough analysis of preferred options. Formulate the project land strategy and acquisition pathway for each project stage, and attend project status meetings. Coordinate meetings and interactions with government agencies, departments, landowners, and internal stakeholders to fulfill project requirements and deliverables within the project timeline. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather pertinent information and approvals. Communicate key information about land tenure and acquisition processes clearly and persuasively to the project team, stakeholders, and other interested parties. Facilitate engagement and negotiations to ensure successful land acquisition. About you: In-depth knowledge of Crown land processes, leases, licenses Basic legal and governmental procedures related to land acquisition. Familiarity with approval processes for land assembly and town planning. Proven experience in obtaining land access for Crown reserves, leases, and licenses. Understanding of statutory approvals related to land assembly, including town planning requirements. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement.
