Description: Manage existing land contracts with host landowners. Obtain invoices from landowners and liaise with the Accounts team for their payment. Negotiate Land Contract Variations/Extensions or new contracts, with the support of external legal advisors. Profile: Good interpersonal skills. Availability to travel interstate, sometimes at short notice. Knowledge/experience in Property Law, Leases, Licences, and Easements. Knowledge or at least interest in the Renewable Energy Industry.
