Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams across category management, marketing, and e-commerce Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance Owning the Commercial Team P&L, delivering sales and profit targets in line with budgets Monitoring category performance, leveraging data to optimize pricing, product mix, and promotions Utilising data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and manage risks and opportunities effectively Collaborating closely with design and operations teams to bring store concepts to life, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and commercial excellence Ensuring stores deliver a seamless customer experience by working closely with other business units and operations To excel in this role, you should have: A proven track record in commercial leadership roles, with deep retail experience and if you have travel retail exposure, that will be welcomed!
