Labourers & Operators

Due to a number of new projects in the Western Suburbs and Ipswich, we have opportunities for experienced Labourers and plant operators to join the team.
You will be working on residential and commercial sub-divisions, as well as a large number of major infrastructures.

At Shadforth, we offer long term roles with the opportunity to enhance your career by gaining formal qualifications including a Cert III in Civil Construction and upskilling with nationally recognised tickets.

Labourers To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous manual outdoor labouring or civil labouring experience (highly regarded)Willing to perform manual handling duties, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.Available to work across Western suburbs and Ipswich depending on your location.Wages paid on a weekly basis with penalties.
