About Us Road Maintenance work on Rio Tinto Project. General labourer duties with some machine operator work. Long term work on 5 year project. Rapid career growth opportunities. HR Licence (Essential) At least 1 year of labouring experience. Experience working within a civil/mining environment. Rio Tinto inducted or willingness to complete inductions. Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, LABDAS. Willingness to complete police check prior to employment. Full time permanent opportunity. FIFO 2:1 roster. 12-hour day shift only. All pre-employment checks, PPE and flights provided by Eastern Guruma. On call support provided for completion of any required inductions/onboarding forms.
