About the role Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you'll be helping to get houses ready for Quality Assurance inspections and homeowners visits.
You'll work closely with the Leading Hands, assisting with any additional requirements.
Both permanent, full-time positions, Monday to Friday, 6.30am – 3.00pm.
Assisting the Leading Hands with Quality Inspections Completing minor scope gap works on homes for handover Organising and coordinating delivery drop off for materials and appliances to homes Rubbish removal Cleaning houses for site visits Site clean ups Road/street cleaning About you Experience as a Labourer would be beneficial Must hold a current white card Your own tools, steel caps and high vis preferably but can be supplied if required Current drivers' licence and own reliable vehicle Hold a Bobcat and/or Forklift licence but not essential Reliable and punctual Communicative and willing to work as part of a team The Stockland Proposition Stockland Halcyon is Australia's most awarded creator of lifestyle living communities with more than 2,800 homes across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, NSW, and WA.
