The Role PHSA is seeking a casual Labour Market Analyst / Consultant to assist in conducting labour market research and preparing reports.
A background in rehabilitation, employment services, or recruitment would be ideal; however, structured on-the-job training is provided. There is also the opportunity to work from home.
Demonstrated experience with cold canvassing and cold-calling is essential as the role involves cold canvassing employers to find out more about various jobs and occupations.
Requirements: Ability to cold canvass prospective employers to obtain information about the physical, psychological, and skill requirements of a job in addition to potential earnings. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Report writing on labour market research conducted. Canvassing and identifying work trial and employment opportunities to share with our Employment Consultants. Maintain spreadsheets, accurate records, and case notes.
