The business was founded and has flourished around our in-depth knowledge of blasthole drill rigs, mining maintenance, fabrication for mining equipment including excavator bucket fabrication, and the provision of skilled and experienced tradespeople.
We are currently seeking an experienced Labour Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Based at our Osborne Park office, the ideal candidate will be someone with a strong recruitment/labour hire background and experience managing a team of recruiters.
Key functions of this role include: Overseeing a small team of recruiters across WA and Queensland, and managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the labour division.Business development to develop a regular pipeline of new and upcoming work, including regular attendance at client sites.Liaising with employees and clients on a daily basis to ensure provision of quality services to clients and successful candidate placements.Scheduling and coordinating labour resource requirements as required, i.e., recruitment and mobilisation support.What you need to bring to this role to be successful: Experience in an equivalent role within the mining sector.Strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive results.Strong understanding of the sourcing and recruitment methods required to attract, identify, and onboard relevant candidates.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.Ability to problem solve, work under pressure, and appropriately prioritise workload.Established network of contacts within the industry is highly desirable.Must have the right to work in Australia.What Enerflow Mining Services can offer: Fun and friendly team environment.Bonus structure.Onsite parking.Company phone and laptop.Ongoing training and professional development.Enerflow is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage female, indigenous, and multicultural applicants to apply for all our positions.
