Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr Location: Beenleigh, QLD (Hybrid work arrangements available) Type: Full-time, Permanent The Company Our client specializes in providing recruitment services to businesses across Queensland, alleviating the stress of staffing while ensuring operational efficiency.
As part of a larger employment and training organization, their mission is to partner with businesses to deliver staffing solutions, add value, and streamline HR operations.
The Role As a QLD Labour Hire Specialist , you will drive business development efforts, oversee labour hire operations, build strong client relationships, and manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
This multifaceted role focuses on the Care Industry , requiring a compassionate, self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Beenleigh, QLD , with hybrid work arrangements available.
The role involves travel across Southeast Queensland, with a company car provided.
A commission structure may be offered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Business Development : Identify new opportunities, expand the client base, and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Labour Hire Leadership : Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality staffing solutions.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong connections with clients, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders.
End-to-End Recruitment : Handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
About You To excel in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in business development and labour hire management (essential).
Strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to forge valuable relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills , driving successful client and candidate outcomes.
A strategic mindset , always seeking innovative approaches to achieve growth objectives.
A can-do attitude and passion for success in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively, maintaining momentum and results.
Experience in providing a full 360° recruitment service .
Familiarity with JobAdder or similar systems is an advantage.
