Labour Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Labour Coordinator to join our NSW Operations on a permanent basis.
This role will see you working Monday - Friday from our Mt Thorley office and play an integral part in the successful delivery of project and shutdown work Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Permanent full-time position within a high performing and supportive team Be home every night while living and working locally.

Schedule labour and plant & equipment.
Create, update and maintain crew lists, rosters and long-term planner.
Work with HSE and Training Coordinator to create training schedules for employees and or subcontractors.
Point of contact for recruitment and liaise with Training Coordinator for onboarding.
Coordination of uniforms and PPE packs, updating Procurement/Stores of sizes and numbers required.
Project completion personnel assessments.
Assist with HSE & Training departments when required.
Book flights and accommodation, track personnel movements.
What you will bring Previous experience in resource / workforce deployment or as a planner Minimum of 4 years coordination experience with a demonstrated ability to work with different levels of internal and external management Strong Computer skills of Microsoft software packages Professional interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines Understanding and prior working knowledge of industry training requirements (Coal Mining) Exceptional customer service, written and spoken communication skills Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced A strong desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
