To learn more, visit: www.fpg.com.au.About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Labour Coordinator to support the effective coordination and management of labour across our farms. A key responsibility of this role is managing the recruitment and compliance of workers under the PALM scheme, ensuring efficient operations and workforce planning. Your responsibilities include:Labour Coordination & Management: Ensure daily labour needs are met by coordinating with labour hire companies and supporting workforce planning.PALM Scheme Management: Lead recruitment efforts for PALM scheme workers, ensuring all processes comply with guidelines and company policies.Compliance & Reporting: Monitor compliance with employment regulations, VEVO checks, and audits, ensuring all workers meet established procedures.Onboarding & Worker Engagement: Support onboarding processes and worker engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.About youYou are organised, proactive, and experienced in labour management. With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure all labour requirements are met efficiently and in line with compliance standards. We're looking for someone with:Experience in labour coordination or workforce management.Strong organisational and communication skills.Experience working with compliance and reporting processes.A positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Experience in agriculture or fresh produce (desirable).Experience in the PALM Scheme (desirable).
