Situated in our Ormeau Quarries, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Laboratory Technician in the Quarries sector!
In this role, working independently and reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks, including sampling, testing, training, supervision, record maintenance, and reporting results for our diverse range of quarry-related products.
Your day will involve: Conduct collection of Quarry samples on siteConduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions, and manuals.Calibrate laboratory equipment as required.Maintain, observe, and take part in the statutory safety requirements of the Laboratory operationsComplete Monthly Belt Cuts for sampling on production materials as requiredWhat are we looking for?
