We are currently seeking a Business Unit Manager for the Gladstone Laboratory.
As the Laboratory Business Unit Manager, the areas of focus of your role will be to manage the operations of the laboratory, driving a positive Health, Safety and Environment culture, managing quality processes and systems, business development and key account management, financial management and team management.
Requirements: Experience and knowledge in the applications of Quality SystemsBusiness management experience in a technical and service orientated environmentSound knowledge and experience in the application of commercial models, systems and processesThe ability to effectively lead, coach, mentor and train staffTertiary qualification in Science or Financial discipline is preferredAdvanced business and operational planning skillsDemonstrated ability to manage service and project delivery across functional groupsAdvanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsAn understanding and commitment to QHSE requirementsCoal laboratory experience would be beneficial but not essentialWe offer a competitive salary ($90,000 – $110,000 per year) and an opportunity to advance your career in a leading global organisation, as well as:
