Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory The Doherty Institute Medical Laboratory Technician 1.0 EFT, 6 month Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave) Full Time Fixed Term position - including monthly ADOCentrally located at Doherty Institute in ParkvilleWork in collaboration with high profile stakeholdersGreat benefits including extra leave, salary packaging, benefits programWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Serology group at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Reference and Research on Influenza (WHOCCRRI), VIDRL. The Serology group currently is responsible for the propagation, identification and antigenic analysis of influenza viruses.
This position is for a 1.0 EFT Medical Laboratory Technician (Grade 1 or 2 depending on experience) working 80 hours per fortnight, based at The Doherty Institute in Parkville, Melbourne. This is a maternity leave position for 6 months in the first instance (subject to the usual maternity leave provisions).
About you: Your skills will include:
