You will also accurately record results, data, and information to facilitate timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare samples and relevant documentation for dispatch to third-party contractorsPrepare in-house environmental swabs and report findings in relevant forms. Send notification retest emailsManage consumables and notify the QA Manager if restocking is requiredEnsure performance of tests in accordance with the sample plan and internal customer requirementsEnsure accurate, timely recording of results and that reporting requirements are metMaintain awareness of food safety and quality policies, AQIS, and customer requirements.
