THE ROLE As a Laboratory Assistant - Chemistry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting laboratory staff, maintaining equipment, preparing and testing samples, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.Multiple Positions Available! Key Responsibilities may include:
Assist laboratory staff with daily tasks and operations,Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies,Conduct basic lab procedures and assist with experiments,Ensure a clean and organized workspace,Adhere to safety protocols and regulations,Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.No degree or qualification required; all skills and training required will be provided by Symbio Laboratories.
ABOUT YOU Can do attitude, and willing to embrace a fast-paced culture,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks,Food handling is an advantage, however not essential.Symbio Laboratories embraces the work-life balance for all our staff, and our fair workflow systems allow staff the opportunity to LEAVE EARLY while still receiving their FULL PAY entitlements.
