We are looking for a Laboratory Analystto work in the Analytical Laboratory team at our Bell Bay Aluminium smelter. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who has had quality systems and wet analytical chemistry experience and is looking for an opportunity with future career prospects.

Reporting to the Crew Leader, Laboratory and working in a diverse team within the Analytical Laboratory team, you will:
Assist with the management and development of quality systems Enhance current processes; including the development and validation of new methods Work with XRF/XRD, AAS and Segmented Flow analytical platforms Support a diverse analytical laboratory covering raw materials, process control and environmental science portfolios. What you'll bring To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team A bachelor degree in chemistry or relevant experience Analytical chemistry experience (3-5years) An understanding of quality systems – particularly ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 Troubleshooting approach Positive mindset, and an interest in field based work What we offer Come join our team and enjoy some great benefits:
