About the opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Somerton, VIC. This role reports to the General Manager, VIC with a dotted line to the Supply Chain Director and will be a key point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead the Customer Service teams across Somerton Head office and our VIP division Manage and improve all communication processes that service our customers Maintain balance of accounts across our team to utilize skill sets Empower, engage and support your team in order management, providing prompt and regular monitoring of the status of customers' orders Train and upskill team members Be the escalation point for any customer service concerns or challenging orders Establish constructive and positive relations with our customers Work closely with sales, pre-press and the production departments to ensure all manufactured products meet our customers' specifications and expected quality standards Ensure the accuracy of data and information provided to customers by working closely and constructively with production and supply chain Utilize your Excel skills to prepare and format reports to understand our Slow, Obsolete Stock (SLOB) levels and forecasting To be successful in this role you will need:
MUST HAVE: Minimum of 3 years' experience leading Customer Service teams in a print or packaging manufacturer Strong Excel skills a must Ability to work on own initiative, provide rapid response to issues and manage priorities Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills What can we offer you?
