Position Overview As a Registered Aged Care Nurse with us, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You'll work collaboratively with a caring team to assess and implement tailored care plans that meet each resident's unique needs. This role offers the flexibility you need while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualised care plans. Administer medications and treatments with precision. Monitor and document residents' health status and any changes. Communicate effectively with residents and their families, fostering a supportive environment. Participate in care planning and assessments. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Support and mentor junior staff as needed. Qualifications Current registration with AHPRA. Aged care experience is necessary (minimum of 6 months). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
