About The Role:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the M365 and Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on enhancing user experience and service standardization.

What you'll do:
Lead the design and development of solutions within the M365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Emphasize automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the platform.
Establish and maintain service standards, creating reusable patterns and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide advanced support for complex issues within the M365 and Power Platform services.
What you bring:
Extensive experience in M365 services, including Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong expertise in automation tools, particularly Power Automate.
Deep understanding of Power Apps, Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
