We were established over 20 years ago and have now built an impressive workforce of over 4000 individuals. We are looking for an IT Technician to come on board and hit the ground running, providing 2nd Line support for the existing support team.
What will you be doing?… You will be joining to provide onsite 2nd Line Support to our customers and clients. This role is in a customer-facing environment, and face-to-face engagement with end users via desktop support is a key part of this role. You will also be required to work onsite at our clients' multiple central London locations.
You need to have…. Great 2nd line Support experience within the IT Sector.Excellent organisational skills.Previous experience working with mixed hardware and software issues and fixes.Proficiency in the Windows tech stack, including/up to O365.Laptop hardware break-fix and good use of the Service Now Ticketing System.Able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.Right to work in the UK.Must be onsite in Deeside (no relocators).What it would be nice to have…. Experience with full PC rebuilds.Previous work on decommissioning and packaging of devices.Mac skills.KEY SKILLS: Windows 10, 2nd Line support, O365, ServiceNow
