An L2 Field Services Technician is required by a next-generation global technology company who are looking for the ideal candidate to join them as a full-time employee in their client's Melbourne office.
In this role, the successful candidate will be providing 2nd line Field Services support to Enterprise users of MS Windows and Mac Operating Systems and hardware, assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, support mobile devices and manage tickets using the company's chosen ITSM tool.
