Join us in cultivating a proactive and innovative KYC/CDD culture. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and upholding robust KYC processes aligned with UK legislation and shareholder expectations.
You'll engage in thorough due diligence on customers and counterparties, expertly identifying and addressing potential red flags, including PEP, sanctions, and Adverse Media screenings. You will ensure a clear audit trail and facilitate accurate risk assessments, all while collaborating with external bodies for investigations when needed.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful? Substantial experience working in a KYC-related role (i.e., KYC Analyst, KYC QC or KYC QA); Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, as well as other IT related software; Have used previous KYC tools to perform screening and ownership searches such as World Check and D&B; Be able to train teams that have limited knowledge regarding KYC; Base levels of compliance knowledge for a non-FCA regulated company, with Best Practice recommendations.
